At Plant Zero, a defunct oil plant located in Tokyo Bay, Hibaru and the gang uncover the dangers of the Daybreak Ore and the tragedy that befell Kinpa’s late parents. Hyoga Himuro of Unit 6 follows them to the plant, setting off a dangerous brawl between cop and yakuza!
