Refund policy
Should you decide you do not want a product within 30 days of delivery or pick-up we will gladly offer a refund upon return of the product.
If your item is defective or missing parts please contact the publisher. If they will not help you please contact us. We will help you get your issue resolved.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
Original shipping/handling charges are not refundable
Please return item in a trackable/insured method. We recommend Canada Post. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless there was an error on our part.
The product must remain in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns on Trading Card Game singles and Trading Card Game sealed product. This would include Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, YuGiOh and more.
After we receive your item(s), our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
