Shipping Your Item(s)
All packages ship via Canada Post. You will receive updates on the status of your package as it travels from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to its final destination.
With our flat fee of $19.99 our packages ship Expedited Via Canada Post and have tracking with $100 insurance. At our discretion we will require a signature or provide additional insurance. This is provided at no additional cost.
Item Condition
If there are multiple copies of an item you have purchased, we will select the best possible condition item. If condition is a factor in your purchase please let us know. All our items will be new and never used unless stated.
If we discover shelf wear, damage, ding or a dent with your item we will contact you before we ship. We recommend including your phone number with purchase to speed up any communications.
An Item Is Out Of Stock
We have just switched our in store and online software to Shopify in November 2024. Any sales made in store or online update our inventory in real time. We are still updating/counting our inventory as of January 2025. If an item you have ordered is out of stock for some reason we will attempt to contact you. Whether the item is or is not available from our distributor we will inform you and ask you to decide if a refund or cancellation is the best course of action. We always want to fill orders but sometimes life happens and items go missing or get misplaced (we are a brick and mortar store) or are found damaged.
